Smoke and Fire Showin' 2nd and 3rd Floors

Wed, Jul 28th, 2010 11:06:00 am - This evening for company training night, crews went to HACC and did company level burns with fires on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The purpose of the evolution was to simulate similar conditions to Rawleigh Street's apartment complex fire. Personnel learned how crucial it is to hold the common stairs for additional hoselines to advance up and the difficulties faced with stretching lines up multiple floors in stairways.
